HUMIDI-SEAL PLUS
Humidi-Seal Plus, offered exclusively by Terminix Service, Inc. is the clear choice solution for closed, conditioned crawl space construction. This package, installed in four phases, begins with interior wall insulating and sealing of the crawl space with an impervious reinforced liner and liner drain. Next, a borate solution is applied to sub-structural wooden members to combat development of wood decay fungi. After building construction is complete, a crawl space humidity sensor and indoor remote sensor will be placed inside the home for easy monitoring of humidity levels by the homeowner. Finally, Terminix will install the Terminix Termite Baiting System featuring the Terminix Termite Baiting System for termite colony elimination.
