We can customize a termite control program to meet your facility's special needs.

No Business Is Safe From Termites

Termites are extremely well organized and can find a way inside any structure. That's why Terminix offers advanced treatment methods for termite control and can even help protect condominiums and multi-family units.

Regardless of how your building is constructed or the type of foundation it has, termites can find a way in, concealing themselves by building special "shelter tubes." Because they work from the inside out, it's likely that you won't see signs of infestation until the damage is done.

Subterranean Solutions

As their name implies, subterranean termites live in the soil. Terminix takes many factors into consideration when designing a plan for your business against these termites. Construction style, design, foundation material and exterior finish all determine the best choice of treatment. Terminix offers two advanced technologies against subterranean termites.

Terminix Termite Baiting Program

Baiting stations are strategically installed around your property. Unlike traditional baiting systems, our bait goes into the ground immediately. Protection from destructive termites begins right away.

Terminix Liquid Defend SystemSM

To help protect businesses from subterranean termites, a treatment zone is created at key entry points around and through your foundation. As termites tunnel through treatment zones, they are exposed to a termiticide which is spread to other termites through physical contact, reducing the population of the colony.

Coring

In most cases, the Terminix Termite Baiting ProgramSM can be installed directly into the soil. Buildings that are surrounded by concrete or asphalt require a special method.

Using a coring technique, we drill through the concrete or asphalt to reach the soil below. Then, we install the baiting tubes and conceal them with metal covers. The covers are locked into place to protect against weather and tampering. The entire procedure can be performed quickly and cleanly without disrupting your business or damaging your structure.

Drywood Termites

Unlike subterranean termites, drywood termites do not need to maintain contact with the ground for moisture. As a result, they require a completely different treatment. Tent fumigation is the most effective option to combat an infestation.

This method involves a thoroughly tested, carefully controlled means of dispersing specialized fumigant throughout an infested structure. The fumigant penetrates all structural wood timbers, trim, finished wood and furniture, and hard-to-treat walls and studs.

The Terminix Drywood Termite Protection Plan ensures that if drywood termites come back—so will we.
